After seeing the competition in provincial and national wide tournaments, it was clear to see that the skill level for table soccer in our dear city of Hamilton was pretty behind. Bringing back some of the tricks we've learned, we seemed to have sparked the motivation of those who were interested in the game but thought they had seen it all. All of a sudden we were raising our skill level, and the skill level of the small group around us as well. Through experiencing the results of organized table soccer firsthand, we had come to the conclusion that a Hamilton Table Soccer league would definately raise the skill and interest levels of every table soccer enthusiast in Hamilton. So in December 2003 it was decided; the H.T.S.A. had to happen. |
